At Imbue, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
